data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The 2024\/2025 academic year was a big one for 77 Elm!\u00a0 After several years of limited spending (due to lingering effects of COVID lockdown and low residency), some of the best residency numbers and amazing support from alumni, in addition to a determined driving force to whip the house into shape, we were able to invest a significant amount of time and money into the house.\u00a0 In all we spent over $19,000 in improvements.\u00a0 I want to send out a huge thank you to all who contributed last year, and also to the alumni and undergrads that participated in several work sessions organized by Ross Williamson.<\/p><p>But we are not done yet!\u00a0 While we were able to tackle many sorely needed items, we still have much to do.\u00a0 Our goal as always is to provide a safe and attractive house that will attract not only residents (with parent approval!) but also be a valuable asset to attract new members.\u00a0 And of course we want the house to be something that alumni can be proud to bring their families to when they return to Potsdam for reunions.<\/p><p>This last point will be especially true as we make plans to gather at the house in July for the chapter&#8217;s 70th anniversary!<\/p><p>We hope you will support our efforts by contributing your money (and list of projects organized by priority.\u00a0 There are necessity projects, secondary projects, and wish list items.\u00a0 Each of the lists is included below, with estimated (or actual) costs and status.\u00a0 Donors that have contributed to a specific project are listed as well.<\/p><p>If there is a particular project that resonates with you and you would like to contribute to that
