For 70 years, our house has been the foundation of our brotherhood, the backdrop of our favorite memories, and the place where lifelong bonds were formed. Today, we are asking for your critical leadership as we navigate closing the house.

While saying goodbye to the property is incredibly tough, the spirit and legacy of our chapter do not belong to a piece of real estate—they belong to us. As the Building Corporation, our responsibility now shifts from managing a physical property to protecting our assets and securing our future.

To successfully navigate this transition, we urgently need the financial support of our alumni network. Your donations today will directly fund three critical priorities:

  • Sustaining Essential Operations: Maintaining legal compliance, managing insurance, and covering the administrative costs required to keep our corporation active and legally sound.

    • Preparing the House for Sale: Funding the necessary repairs, clean-out, and staging to ensure we maximize the value of our property on the market.

      • Building a Re-Colonization Fund: Directing the remaining assets and new donations into a restricted fund dedicated entirely to one goal: eventually returning to campus and re-colonizing our chapter when the time is right.

We cannot let our story end here. Your contribution today is an investment in our future undergraduates, ensuring that a new generation of men will one day wear our letters and experience the brotherhood that shaped our lives.
